Here's exactly what we check, what we don't, and where the gaps are.
Every specialist goes through these steps before they can be matched to a job.
Specialist uploads a government-issued ID (passport, driver's license, or national ID). A human admin reviews it manually. If the document is unclear or suspicious, we reject it and ask for a clearer photo.
We review at least 2 shipped projects. For developers, this means GitHub repos or live links. For non-technical roles, we check work samples, case studies, or client references. We look for evidence they can deliver, not just list skills.
Specialists complete a small, paid task in their domain (e.g., build a simple AI chatbot integration). A senior reviewer evaluates the output against a rubric. This is the strongest signal of actual ability — which is why we're rolling it out gradually.
A 20-minute video call with a senior engineer. We assess communication, problem-solving under pressure, and depth of knowledge. Scored on a 5-point rubric. Only our top-tier specialists go through this.
If you don't want to post a job immediately, book a 30-minute call with our team. We operate on WAT (West Africa Time). We'll clarify your scope, suggest the right tech stack, and if it makes sense, we'll post the job and match specialists on your behalf.
Talk through your problem. We'll tell you if AI is the right solution or if you need something else.
We scope your project live, then post the job and match 3 verified specialists for you.
The call costs nothing. You're not obligated to hire anyone afterward.
Calls confirmed within 24 hours. Limited slots during BETA.
We don't show a public directory. You post a job (or book a call), and we match you with 3 verified specialists within 48 hours.
